Article 1 (Purpose)
The "User Terms of Service" is aimed at defining terms and procedures for the use of Internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as "services") provided by Um Hong Gil human foundation (hereinafter referred to as "Foundation"), rights, liabilities and obligations of Foundation and users and other necessary stipulations.
Article 2 (Posting, outline and revision of "User Terms of Service")
1. Foundation shall post the "User Terms of Service" on the initial service screen.
2. Foundation can revise the "User Terms of Service" in ways that do not violate relevant laws such as the Regulations on Terms of Service Act,
3. In case of revision, Foundation shall post on the initial service screen the effective date of and reason for the revision, alongside the current "User Terms of Service," seven days before the effective date until the day before the new terms go into effect.
Article 3 (exceptions of rules)
Items not stipulated in the "User Terms of Service" and the interpretation manner of the terms are governed by the Regulations on Terms of Service Act, the Basic Telecommunication Act, the Telecommunication Business Act, the Regulations on the Information Communication Ethics Committee's Review, the Codes of Conduct on Information Communication, the Computer Program Protection Act and other relevant laws and regulations.
Article 4 (Definition of Terms)
1.Subscription" refers to an act of filling out an application form provided by Foundation and concluding a contract on the use of services in agreement with the "User Terms of Service."
2. "ID" refers to a combination of letters and numbers as chosen by the user and provided by Foundation for the purpose of identifying the user and helping him or her to use services.
3 .Password" refers to a combination of letters and numbers chosen by the user to identify him or herself and protect his or her personal information.
4. "Termination of membership" refers to Foundation or the member terminating his or her contract.
5. Items not stipulated in the " Definition of Terms" will be defined in special Terms of services section.
Article 1 (Conclusion of a service contract)
A service contract is concluded when the user agrees to the "User Terms of Service" and Foundation approves it.
Article 2 (Subscription)
1. Subscription is completed when the applicant fills out an application form provided by Foundation.

2. Foundation reserves the right to delay the conclusion of a service contract until each of the following instances is resolved:
Applicants must do the following:
¨ç Use real names on the application form
¨è Fill in the application form correctly and honestly
¨é User registered already
¨ê Never take advantage of the application in order to disturb the peace, order and public morals.
¨ë User must be qualified by rules of Foundation

3. Foundation reserves the right to delay the conclusion of a service contract until each of the following instances is resolved:
¨ç Insufficient service capacity
¨è Technical problems
Article 3 (Period of use of services)
If members agree to the terms, they can terminate their membership. If members continue to use services without expressing any rejection terms, this shall be understood that they have agreed to the revision.
Article 4 (Services)
The services provided by Foundation follow:
1. Join in Foundation's Bulletin board and Event held by Foundation
2. Information on foundation's programs
3. Offer events held by Foundation via E-mail
4. Join in event on homepage
5. Offer events and information in advance
Article 1 (Withdrawal or loss of membership)
1.Members can terminate membership at any time either through Foundation services or e-mail. In this case, Foundation shall immediately comply with the request.
2. In the following cases, Foundation can restrict or suspend membership without prior notice or partially suspend or restrict use of services for a certain period:
¨ç Members inputted false information on the application form.
¨è Commit an act that is objectively linked to a crime
¨é Illegal use of another member's ID
¨ê Members threatened the order of e-business deals by obstructing others in the use of Foundation's services or stealing personal information of other users
¨ë User use double ID
¨ì Falsely identifying the sender of contents transmitted by services
¨í Damaging or insulting others' honor, posting or transmitting via e-mail or other methods materials that infringe upon others' rights such as patents, trademarks, business secrets, copyright and other intellectual property rights.
Article 2(Change in personal member information)
1. A user ID cannot be changed in principle. But in unavoidable cases, users must terminate their current ID and re-apply for a new one.
2.Foundation is not liable for disruption (Article2-1) in services caused by users' own errors.
Article 1 (Protection of personal information )
1. A service contract is concluded when the user agrees to the "User Terms of Service" and KBS approves it.
2. The user shall express his or her consent to the "User Terms of Service" by clicking on "I Agree" in reply to the question "Do You Agree to the 'User Terms of Service?" when he or she fills out an application form.
3.Foundation is not responsible for the accuracy of or compliance with trademark, copyright or other related laws on information or materials posted on any site linked to the Foundation's homepage.
Members should acknowledge that any Web site linked to Foundation or any information and products operated and provided by a third party on the Foundation's homepage are made, posted and operated without Foundation's authority.
If a member provides content from another site on the Foundation homepage via copy or quotation, that member frees Foundation of any liability because the content is developed by a third party and posted by the member. Foundation will do its best to abide by the aforementioned laws and other related regulations for content provided by Foundation.
4.Foundation must immediately deal with grievances related to services filed by members. If the resolution of such grievances is not immediately possible, Foundation must notify relevant members of the reason for the delay and a schedule to deal with such grievances via the service website or e-mail.
5.Information that users insert when subscribing to a service is relocated to a special database (a special file for paper documents) after the purpose of its use has been attained. It is stored there for a legally permitted period of time for specific purposes 6.The Foundation has a privacy Complaints department in charge of privacy protection that also processes customers¡¯ complaints with regard to personal information. uhfg@uhf.or.kr Users can file their complaints with regard to privacy protection to the above-mentioned department. The Company will respond to users¡¯ complaints in a swift manner.

Article2 (Foundation' obligation)

1.Foundation shall not do anything that is banned by law and the "User Terms of Service" or runs counter to public morals. Foundation must strive to provide members with consistent and stable services.
2.Foundation must use a security system to protect the personal information of users so that they can safely use services.
3.Foundation must immediately deal with grievances related to services filed by members If the resolution of such grievances is not immediately possible, Foundation must notify relevant members of the reason for the delay and a schedule to deal with such grievances via the service website or e-mail.
Article3(Users' obligations)
1. Members must observe relevant laws and regulations set by KBS, including the "User Terms of Service" and KBS notices on the use of services, and not do anything that obstruct Foundation operations.
2.Aside from Foundation obligations as required by a policy to protect personal information, members bear total responsibility for keeping their ID and password to themselves and for all consequences arising from the use of their ID and password. They should immediately notify Foundation if they have found their ID and password used without their consent.
3.Users are agreed to fet E-mail from Foundation as a part of service.
4.Members should not engage in any of the following in relation to the use of services.
¨ç Photocopying, duplicating, altering, interpreting, publishing, broadcasting, transmitting, or posting information obtained from services and/or providing others with it without prior approval from Foundation.
¨è Destroying the public order by posting pornographic materials on the service website and/or the bulletin board, or posting links to obscene sites or distributing obscene materials.
¨é Damaging or insulting others' honor, posting or transmitting via e-mail or other methods materials that infringe upon others' rights such as patents, trademarks, business secrets, copyright and other intellectual property rights.
¨ê Hacking or spreading computer viruses .
¨ë Consistently posting or transmitting via e-mail and other methods certain materials including promotional ads against others' will .
¨ì Illegally using another member's ID
Article 1(information posting)
Members assume all rights including copyright and liability for materials they post. Foundation has the right to post them on the service website or E-mail.
Article2 (Deletion of materials)
Foundation shall bear no responsibility for materials posted, transmitted or received by members of the service website and the consequences thereof. Foundation reserves the right to delete, at its own discretion, materials that it feels do any of the following.
¨ç Disparage other members or third parties, infringe upon the privacy of others or damage the honor of others through slander.
¨è Run counter to public morals or order.
¨é Relate to a criminal act .
¨ê Disparage other members or third parties, infringe upon the privacy of others or damage the honor of others through slander.
¨ë Remain posted for a longer period than approved by Foundation.
¨ì Run counter to the "User Terms of Service," or is considered illegal, obscene or lewd.
¨í Run counter to other relevant laws and regulations.
Article3(Copyrights of posting)
¨çWhether commercially minded or not, members are banned from copying, transmitting and/or distributing all content and/or services provided by Foundation using simple links and/or other electronic methods in other space than the KBS website.
¨èMembers cannot make commercial use of the materials provided through services, including processing and/or selling of the information they have obtained through services.
Article 1(Compensation for damage)
Foundation bears no responsibility for any damage to members or users in relation to free services, unless in the case of an intentional crime.
Article 2 (Escape clause)
1. Foundation is not liable for damage caused by service interruptions by a natural disaster, war or a force majeure event.
2. Foundation is not liable for damage caused by users' willfulness or errors in relation to their use of services.
3. Foundation shall bear no responsibility for gains or losses that members expect through services or for damage from materials that members have obtained through services. Foundation shall not be liable for the credibility of the information, materials, or facts posted by members on the service website.
4.Foundation shall not guarantee the authenticity, perfection or quality of the other services provided by subscribers or other relevant agencies than by Foundation. Accordingly, Foundation is not liable for any loss or damage caused to users as a result of their use of such services. Foundation is not liable for any spiritual damage caused to users as a result of their use of such services and caused by other users.
5.Members must compensate any and all damage caused to Foundation if they did so by violating the "User Terms of Service." They must also exempt Foundation from any liability for such damage
Article 3 (Application of laws)
All legal matters concerning members' use of services is subject to the relevant laws of the Republic of Korea.
The "User Terms of Service" shall go into effect on June 1, 2009
