6th Shantipur Human School

Shantipur is a mountainous remote village on the border of Nepal and India. The local school was in a bad state of repair but was not able to find a sustainable solution due to lack of support and lack of finance. Sponsored by GoodwayWithUs and IBK, nevertheless, the 6th Shantipur Human School was finally completed in March 2014..

• Population 253 Students / 7 Teachers / around 10,000 Residents

• Size of the construction One-story building with 7 classrooms (floor area : 414m²)

• Construction date March 9, 2013

• Completion date March 8, 2014
